FAQ

Q) Where do you ship from? Do you ship everywhere?

I ship everywhere from the United States, unless there is a postal issue with the USPS (such as a mail delay or other extenuating circumstances). If you have any questions feel free to email me at [email protected]

Q) What is the processing time for orders?

My processing time for orders is usually 7-9 days. If there are any delays, I will make updates on my twitter and instagram, but if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Q) When will my preorder ship?

Most preorders take anywhere from 2-3 months to fulfill. This counts not only time for production but also grading and packaging the product, and then sending each order out. My preorders are tracked through my Trello here.

Q) What is the difference between A and B grade pins?

A grade pins will have no noticeable flaw, while B grade pins may have some small flaws. This can include chipped enamel, small dents in the enamel or metal, small areas of discoloration, underfilled enamel, or displaced print. An excess of these errors to the point of distraction from the art in the pin will result in a C grade pin, which I do not sell.

Q) What is your refund policy?

Refunds will be given if there is an issue with the item itself, which includes but is not limited to: the item arriving broken, the item not arriving at all, or some of the order missing upon arrival. All refunds are at my discretion, and claims must be made within four months of the ship date.

Q) Can I combine orders?

Yes! Please email at me at the email listed above and I will combine your orders for you. You will be refunded for the lesser shipping of the other order(s).

Q) What currency is the shop listed in?

The currency for the shop is USD. It is not converted to your local currency, so make sure to use an online conversion tool to get an estimate. Note that the conversion tools online are not completely accurate, so the order total may be a little more or less than expected.

Q) Is _____ going to be back in stock?

Most items that are sold out will eventually be back in stock. The only items that will not be restocked are labeled as [Limited Edition] in the product title. These listings for limited edition products are only kept up until the last item is shipped out.
